Is it hard to switch to Dropified if I already have my products somewhere else?

Not at all! Plus, if you’re on our Retro Monthly plan, Dropified provides a free migration tool to help you switch from Oberlo. We’ll migrate your products so that you can start using Dropified as quickly as possible.

If you are switching from another platform, use our product migration tool to quickly add your product links to Dropified.

Is Dropified built for people like me?

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! Dropified is designed to be flexible and easy for you to make it your own. You can change your plan or cancel at any time directly in the Dropified dashboard.

Will Dropified work for my country?

Yes! Since suppliers ship the items directly to your customers, dropshipping is borderless and can be done from anywhere in the world.

Can I pause my account without having all my data erased?

You bet! If at any time you need to take a break from building your store, you have the option to pause your account for just $12 a month, and we will keep all of your data so you don't have to start over when you come back.

What sites can I import products from?

While we currently have auto ordering, fulfillment and synchronization with AliExpress, eBay, and Alibaba, we also have 1-Click Product Importing with manual ordering from over 80 other supported websites.

What e-commerce platforms does Dropified support?

Currently, we integrate with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, CommerceHQ, and GrooveKart.

If I don’t like Dropified, can I request a refund?

We’d hate to see you go, but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

No matter if you’re on a monthly or annual plan, if you realize Dropified isn’t the right fit for you, we can give you a refund as long as you’re within the first 30 days of the date you signed up for your account.

Our team will cancel your account and send that refund along immediately (but it will take 3-5 days to show up on your credit or debit card account).

What happens when my trial of the plan ends?

To keep using your Dropified account once your trial is over, all you need to do is make sure that your credit card information stays listed in the Billing area of your account. Your account won’t skip a beat.
