In order to finalize this partnership and start growing together, the following steps will be outlined and completed to ensure both parties are on the same page. The timeline to complete these processes is represented below.
Contract Presentation
Immediate Upon Verbal Agreement
A Dropified Representative will present a contract to the vendor outlining the different elements and obligations. Should there be any questions or concerns regarding it, ensure to reach out immediately so amendments can be made as necessary.
Fulfillment Requirements Established
Approximately 2 Weeks
Whether the vendor is fulfilling through means in-house, or sending products to the mutually agreed upon fulfillment center – these matters must be established. From here, products entering the catalog can be established and prepared for system upload.
Platform and Software Integration
Approximately 2 Weeks
Now, products and fulfillment services have been established. Next, comes the platform integration phase. Here the Dropified Product Team will work with integrating vendors into the Dropified Platform, as well as through ShipStation. Once this is completed, vendors will be able to upload products to the system.
Selling and Distribution of Products
Immediate Once Previous Elements Completed
Finally, the fun part – movement of product! Here, vendors will now see orders coming through from Dropified clients and can begin shipping. Evaluation of all elements previously discussed will begin and the partnership will adapt accordingly.
