You could spend time searching through all your active orders, when you have a customer service issue, but we know that you have better things to do. That’s why we created the order tags feature in Dropified, to make searching for a specific customer order quick, and painless. By default, Shopify will place the order number in the notes field.
When your orders arrive, copy and paste the AliExpress order ID from the Shopify notes field, into the tag section of the individual order, and save. Sure, it’s an extra administrative step, but should you need to resolve a customer service issue, you will be able to quickly search and pull-up the purchase request on your orders page. It may not be a big deal when you are starting with your first e-commerce store, but it’s a critical tool when you are processing hundreds or thousands of orders per day for one, or multiple stores. It only takes a few seconds, but it makes a big difference, helping you to easily pull up order details and address your customer promptly.
